I haven't forgotten you, darlings!! Just been having fun trying to embed the lovely Christmas party outfits (above) for you!
So, first up today; after last week's little hiccup, I have been a very good girl this week. No shopping (for me). At all! I promise.
With little over a week until the big day (Christmas, that is), I have been indulging in a little fantasy shopping. As I can't buy a new outfit for real for my annual Christmas Eve trip to the pub before Midnight Mass (!!) I decided to tease myself but choosing what I would buy, if I could!!
Sequins and sparkles are all over the high street this festive season. My winter wardrobe is seriously lacking any such glitter, so I went straight for a lovely glittery silver dress with the bonus of long sleeves, perfect for the cold winter nights! Velvet is another trend that I want to be rocking and the petrol blue velvet dress is not only a bargain but a bit different to my usual LBD!
Bling is always the answer when it's cold, dark and damp outside. So pile the bangles high and add a few necklaces to boot.
I am the perenial pumps girl. Even at 5'2" I live in my flat shoes/boots/whatever. So I hunted out some gorgeous sparkly evening pumps, to prove that you don't always have to choose heels to get in the mood to part-ay!!
Only two and half weeks until I can go shopping - just in time for New Year's Eve!!!! Maybe next week I'll go fantasy shopping for an NYE outfit...?
